Terms of Service

Your account

You need an account to use HavenCue, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. Passwords must be at least 10 characters and are checked against known breach lists. You may register a passkey instead. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Households

A household is the shared workspace and the boundary of access. The person who creates it is its owner. Owners and admins can invite members, set roles, and remove members. Records created inside a household belong to that household, not to the individual who entered them, so that the home’s memory survives people joining and leaving.

Owners can transfer ownership. An owner cannot delete their own account while they are the only owner of a household that still has other members.

Plans and payment

What HavenCue is not

HavenCue helps you remember and organise home maintenance. It is not a professional inspection, an engineering assessment, a warranty, or an insurance product. Maintenance suggestions and AI answers are informational. For anything involving gas, electrical work, structural questions, or an emergency, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency number — HavenCue will tell you so rather than attempt to advise you.

Acceptable use

Do not use HavenCue to store unlawful content, attempt to reach another household’s data, probe or disrupt the service, or upload malicious files. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep HavenCue available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features described as in development may change or may not ship. We will not charge you for a feature that does not work.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using HavenCue at any time, cancel a paid plan from Settings, export your data, and delete your account. These terms end when your account is deleted, except for provisions that by their nature survive.
