Email hello@havencue.com. Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead. If it concerns a specific record, the name of the task or item is enough — please do not send passwords.
Things you can do yourself, right now
- Export everything: Settings → Export data. Available on every plan, including Free.
- Change or cancel your plan: Settings → Plan and billing.
- Delete your account: Settings → Account settings.
- Reset your password: start a reset from the sign-in page.
- Understand who can see what: Household → Roles and permissions shows the exact rules the server enforces.
Emergencies
HavenCue is not an emergency service. If you smell gas, suspect a fire, or face any immediate danger, leave and call your local emergency number. The Emergency home guide inside the app keeps your shutoff locations and contacts available offline, and is never behind a paywall.
